So in a short sentence how’s 2012 started for you ? Busy,
Slow or about the same?
Business’s still seem to be facing tough times, smaller
client budgets, longer lead and decision making times, marketing not being a
priority.
So how does a business face these challenges:
- · Continue to cut marketing spend?
- · Encourage clients to up their marketing spend while others cut theirs.
- · Engage in Social Media Campaigns? But do you know what you are doing?
- · Hire or Fire Staff?
- · Push into vertical markets or seek something new?
The Olympics, the biggest local opportunity or are all your
current suppliers going to desert you, do you have a Plan B and I don’t mean
the pop star. Have you even thought
about this?
Is there another supplier out there that will fill the gap?
